Greg Walker
Founder & Lead Pastor
Along with his wife, Lauren, and three children, the Walkers have lived in Carthage since 2010.
With twenty years of ministry experience, Greg knows that SW Missouri is where God has
planted him to make home. With a heart for the hurting, he desires to bring a message of hope
to the hopeless and see lives transformed to the glory of God.
Greg enjoys meeting new people over a cup of coffee and spending time outdoors on the links
of his favorite golf course. He also serves on the staff of International Sports Federation, which utilizes sport to bring the gospel all over the world.
Above all, Greg has a passion for living on a mission. Through local service opportunities, countless stateside trips, and over 50 international mission adventures, his life has been impacted by getting to know people from different backgrounds. One of his great desires is to lead a congregation where the nations are represented together praising the name of Jesus.

Kacey Baugh
Worship Leader
Kacey has called Carthage home for many years and has been involved in music and ministry since a young age. After sensing a call to music ministry at the age of twelve, she pursued that passion through formal training, including studying at Southwest Baptist University and later earning a master's degree in songwriting and digital music production from the University of South Wales, and has spent over fifteen years teaching, mentoring, and serving in various ministry roles.
With a heart for creating meaningful worship experiences, Kacey desires to cultivate spaces where people can encounter God in an authentic and personal way. She believes that transformation happens in the context of relationships and is passionate about helping others grow in their connection with God through worship, authenticity, and a deeper understanding of identity and grace.
Kacey is the owner of The Maple Leaf Music Company, where she teaches and mentors students in music and creative expression. She enjoys songwriting, producing, traveling, and spending time over a good cup of coffee...
